Synchronic thinking

The purpose of the dialectic method of reasoning is resolution of disagreement through rational discussion, and, ultimately, the search for truth. (Wikipedia)
Dilectic is the synthesis of opposites, in the sense of opposition, conflict, polarity, or contradiction.

Doublethink: George Orwell, in his novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, coins the term "doublethink". It means holding a belief in two contradictory ideas that cannot be true at the same time.

Synchronic thinkers examine and criticize political or social beliefs with reference to doublethink and to find the practical solution.
